
Back-to-back meetings can be draining, leaving little time to recharge and switch between subjects.
Using Outlook you can shorten the duration of thr Meetings, and give ourselves much-needed breaks between meetings. This small step shortening the less then hour ending 5 minutes before, and the hour or longer ending 10 minutes before, will make a big difference to feeling positive and being more productive and focused!

Open the Outlook Options select Calendar and shorten your meetings from Calendar options section.

Next time you select a time for a meeting Outlook Calendar , will automatically shorten your meeting by your presets.
